  1. I feel your pain! I went on a crusie in December and was totally uncomfortable due to my weight. And right under 5ft it was just to much to carry 235 pd around. Good luck to you.

    Help, I'm so lost!

I was on liquid diet day before surgery and 14 days thereafter. I have been on puréed/soft foods for two weeks and Monday I can advance to normal foods if my stomach can handle it, my guess is I'll stay on softs an extra week

You know you lost weight when

When people say "what are you doing!" Your lookin good. Also went back to size 7 in shoes
  17. I guess I hit the stall also! I was 235 before surgery and lost 19 pds in two weeks! I'm now down to 210.5 but I'm being patient and focusing on strength training and cardio. I personally want a slow and steady weight loss but I'm happy either way. This is part of the process. My teacher told me you may not see the scale move for a month sometimes but you are losing inches!

    Sleeved on 3/13

Well I can tell you that after a week I felt like myself and at three weeks and a day out I have NO pain and just got home from the gym. Biggest adjustment is that you won't eat like you did before, but that's the point lol

    That's good progress! I'm down from 235 to 210
  22. My husband told me he doesn't want me to lose my butt also but I could careless what he wants. I was 235 pds and couldn't go up a flight of stairs without losing my breath. I'm on this journey of self improvement and discovery & he has told me I look good, not sure what he will say as I continue to shrink but he is also losing weight so I don't see any issues
  23. So today marks three weeks post op for me! Whoohooo!!!! One thing that I can agree with from vet sleevers is that it does get easier. The incision pain is prettt nonexistent just a bit sore now. I haven't weighed myself for few days but my stats are Pre-op last weigh in 235 and right now I'm almost 210 pds. Ive started to incorporate weights and walking and will be back in the gym this week. I can drink more Water at once now and I don't have any complaints. The only issue I'm having is with constipation. I took a stool softener and it took until the next day to work so I purchased sopositories (enema) and will try that tonight. This is literally the best thing that has happened to me besides the birth of my child!
