Sooo one of my nsv is I can bend over and tie my shoes before I couldn't & needed help & could barely breathe while trying. Also my 2x shirts look like a sheet on me now! I'm so happy -
People like that need to be put in their place! It's none of their damn business. I work with super noses women, but nobody knows except the two I told. People are way to jealous & judgemental! A few could benefit from the procedure at my job tbh.

I think average 40-50g on a good day! It's just so hard to try & get in 90g of protein plus 60oz of liquids -
Don't compare your journey to others, our bodies react differently. I'm six weeks post op and down 31 lbs. was sleeved 3/13/2017. 25lbs is a huge loss!

I had a huge stall after 14 days and didn't start losing again till after a week or so. Best advice is to talk with your Dr/NUT. Good thing is you have lost some weight. -
I can not wait to give my daughter a sibling infertility was a driving factor in my decision to get WLS. My fertility was affected by the obesity and I was almost prediabetic.

I'm doing well! Yes I've been moody but no complications so far. I'm 6 weeks out and my two month post op is in May. I'm down about 31 pounds and 4 pounds away from onederland! My restriction is real but I do feel hunger or either acid not sure tbh, but I am going to jamaica after my one year surgiversary:) -
Glad I found this! I have been pinpointing that certain foods are causing me nausea which I didn't experience before advancing to soft foods. Pre op I was LI and I tried cheese stick twice this week & the nausea was just mind numbing. Today I elimitthe dairy & im one. Definitely a learning process!

3/13 was my surgery date! Down about 31 pounds. I haven't been able to get liquids as recommended. I had allergy to dairy before op & I tried cheese stick and but of cereal and milk & have experienced nausea which I haven't had up until now. Everything else is fine, I've been a bit tired & struggle to get in enough calories. I am starting to track calories now in hopes of getting in my liquids & protein! -

I searched everywhere and couldn't find anything that cheap in mf, cause I would've traveled there! And yes Utah and thx have some affordable prices as well -
That's awesome! I am on the pill because I do plan on getting pregnant in a year or so. I hate taking pills but I do it lol.

Where can I find this? Also the benefited hurts my stomach and makes me nauseas. I do use wnema every few days because it's so bad

I am only 6 weeks post op & am going on a cruise next March which would put me at one year post op. I would suggest dining in the restaurants vs the buffets. When I went last time I ate so many cheeseburgers and fries lol, that was this past December.

I also didn't follow a two week preop diet, my surgeon only required me to do it the day before surgery so all my weight lost was after surgery. -

Hello! I was sleeved 3/13/2017 and am 6 weeks post op. I forget to eat and drink slowly at times but when I get that painful feeling in my chest, I remember! Lol. My last weigh in before surgery was 235 and today I am 205.2. I feel hunger now but it could be acid, I'm only able to eat two spoonfuls at once and then I'm extremely full. -
4'11", 200lbs - am I a good candidate?

I am 4"11 but bmi was 49 , six weeks out my bmi is almost 40. I was self pay also!
