Hello my LBT buddies! Question, I am in the six month supervised diet stage before I can submit my claim to my ins and was wondering if any of you were perscribed weight loss pills while in your supervised diet stage? I go to my pcp on monday and I am gonna suggest that he perscribe something to help me lose a couple of pounds. Can you tell me the names of some of the perscription weight loss that are available. Hey Lady... Havent been on here in ages. I am going to see the Doc this week and see if I can get motivated. I am at about 217. a loss of only 33 since surgery. :embaressed_smile: But such is life. I am gonna try to work on those 17 for the new year...

Yeah, I do agree with you, but I find that when I am at 15% incline, busting my butt trying to keep up, I am burning at 9.6 c/m. When I bring it back down to 8%, I am burning 7.8 c/m. So now, I tend to stay at 8% incline so I am not dead tired when I finish. :faint:

Hey there everyone! I've had my BB for 9 days now.... I am having a love/hate relationship with it. I guess its mostly because it is setting me straight!! Before I got the bugg, I used to go to the gym and do 30 min on the treadmill at 15 incline and 3.0 mph. After my time was up, it said I averaged about 500 caloris. WELLL after getting the bugg, I find out that I am only burning like 270. WTH!! Now I now that when I am on the tread, I am holding on for dear life, but I didnt think that by holding on to the treadmill I would losing out on that many calories... It was a bummer at first, but actually it was a real eye opener. another thing I realized after reading one of the articles on the apex site is that I can stay in the fat burning zone and still lose a good amount of calories as compared to exercising in the cardio zone. That is one thing I was not FULLY aware of. So instead of trying to kill myself on the tread, I can lower the incline a bit and still be as effective. This lil bit of knowledge has totally changed the way I coordinate my work outs. So in all, I really really really LOVE MY BB. I have been hitting over 1500 deficit (my goal) and I am losing. This is so wonderful. Since being banded, I have gained and lost several times and have only netted a 25lb lost (25lbs in almost 1 year is a slow loser if I ever saw one) But I have hopes that with my band and this BB, I will eventually get to goal. Thanks to everyone here for all your enthusiasm, which motivated me to get my BB.... :confused:

Kaydotrn, I ordered from 24 hour fitness and the same thing happened (it said pending) The website never did update with my tracking info. I had to email them to ask about it an then they emailed me the tracking number. I ordered on the 19th, with the free ground shipping so in all it took 10 (of the longest) days to get here. But well worth it now.

Hit the treadmill till I made my deficit... This is such a great too (aside from my band of course ) I am tired as heck but just want go for another 10 min... I swear if I dont lose now, I am just a frickn LLLLooser (or would that be gainer ) Suzzzie- I am right there with ya girl.. I wold have been stopping every minute to check the digital display for cal/min ... (although I am sad to hear about this man situation) Sweety- The white chocoate chip did sound good. But I had to make my deficit for the day... so I will sneak it into my meals tomorrow. Yeahh to all BodyBuggers... (and those soon to get bugged too )

Well, after not hearing from the people over at 24hourfitness about my order, I just sent them and email to cancel the order and I reordered the bugg and reader seperately. DONT YOU KNOW... right after that I get an email saying that even though their website says the order is pending.... It was already shipped two days prior...But I didnt read that email until 24 past my second order, so I will probably get both orders now urghhhh. (I really need to quit being so impatient) Well anyways, I am sooooo excited, it should be here any day now and I have been talking about it at work so much, I can probably unload the second unit there.. Yeahhh, I am ready for my bodybugg... now where is that UPS driver

I just sent a THIRD email to just cancel the darn order. I resubmitted as two seperate orders, hopefully I will get it a little faster...

Okay so while I patiently wait to hear back from those holding my BB hostage...... i'd like to know how everyone is doing with their band. How much on average are you netting? What are you doing extra to meet your cal goals for the day?

Even though I ordered with 24 hourfitness, I wonder it that has anything to do with it. They havent charged my CC yet. You are right, it is so frustrating that noone can tell me anything.
