    05/25/06 B- Cherrios yogurt cereal S- pork rinds S- rice krispy treat L- Chili S- pork rinds D- Turkey and cheese hero sub I need to drink more Water. I will try for 64 oz today. plan on going to the gym 500 on the treadmill tonight and weight training Ended up burning 800 at the gym and did some weight training:clap2:

    Sorry ladies, I have been a lil under the weather this week and havent posted. Here are my meals since Friday.. from what I can remember Friday B- Hotcakes and sausage, jelly doughnut and large orange juice L- six ince turkey and cheese sub and a ginger ale D- two slices of beef, two table spoons of yams, 1/3 cup of rice and two rolls with butter Saturday B- nothing L- Jack daniels wings, pot stickers, and four margaritas from fridays D- nothing late night snack - one jack daniel wing when I got back to the hotel Sunday B- nothing L- cuban sandwich with sweet fried plantains and a mango margarita from Bahama Breeze, also had a lil bit of pasta with shrimp (I love that place!) D- nothing late night snack- I was starving coming home from the club so I split a steak omlette from IHOP and had two pancakes Monday B- nothing L- bacon cheddar burger on a pita from Bennigans S- toasted almond pretzel from annie annes D- pork carnita burrito from Baja fresh ( okay I was over doing it with this one) Tuesday B- nothing L- nothing D- Cici's- need I say more!!! Wednesday B- nothign L- sweet fried plantain with ground boca and cheese on top S- strawberry mango smoothie D- 1/2 bowl of yucky weight watchers cereal (gotta get used to that)

    Hi Lisa! I have not been banded yet. I am still waiting on ins approval. Right now it's the love I get from my wonderful buddies here on LBT and the TOPS meetings I attend that has me so motivated. Hopefully, when I am banded and can control my portions, this weight will really start dropping!!!

    Hey PuddinPie, I like your idea about the freezing things with the calorie content on it. I have one of those seal and locks in my kitchen, I just hardly use it.     5/16/06 B- Sausage patty w/ cheese... oooh lil spicy :hungry: (220 cal) Isopure liquid Protein (180 cal) L- Lean cusisine (320 cal) S- 2 rice crispy treats (180 cal) D- quater pounder w/ cheese and fries from McDonalds (890 cal):faint: burned 530 cal on the treadmill in the a.m. and about 600 in step aerobics in the p.m.

    Motivation/Exercise

    Okay yall, I need to get myself back in gear... I have a lot going on these next few months and I am trying hard to stay on track. I was suppose to lose and be at my first goal (250) by the end of April, well that DIDNT happen. So I am trying again this month. I need to get to 240 by the end of this month. I didnt do so great on the eating while I was in Memphis, but I worked my azz off at the gym near the hotel. In those efforts, I managed to gain back the 5 lbs I lost right before I left. So unofficially I am at 251.5. I go to Orlando this Sat for a weekend getaway and I KNOW I WILL BE DRINKING... so there is another couple of pounds there. I know I know... I am probably putting myself in a worry, but this was suppose to be a mini reward vacation for losing the weight that I DIDNT LOSE. So that being said, please send a lil encouragement my way cuz I am feeling a lil crappy right now. :cry I will work my butt off this week in an effort to lose 5lbs before Sat. and not gain it back before weighin on Tuesday.... goals for this week :cry Monday- I burned 530 cal on the treadmill this morning. I plan to walk around the park this afternoon. Tuesday- burn another 500 cal on the treadmill and take a step aerobics class in the evening Wed- 500 cal on the treadmill, double step in the evening Thurs- 500 cal on the treadmill and a few laps in the pool followed by a relaxing time in the whirlpool Fri- 500 cal on the treadmill, and a step class Sat- walk up and down international drive in Orlando Sun- more walking

Thurs- 30 min on the treadmill- 500 cal Fri- no official workout, but walked my azz off at the airport Sat- 1 hr step aerobics- gotta be at least 500 cal Sun- 2 miles at the track Mon- 35 min on the treadmill- 530 cal and will do three miles after work.

    Thanks Barbara, I just glad its almost over!!! T, I am thinking we need to clock the mileage around the park. I think the when you actually get in the park its 3 miles, but I am thinking the walk down the street to the parking lot is not in the 3 miles....

    Okay brace yourselves cuz it aint pretty!!! Sat, B- Bagel L- Isopure after a gym workout D- Chicken and shimp at the hibatchi spot, with lots of shrip sause, salad, and soup Sun, B- Taco bell express salad L- Bennigans- quesidillas and southwest egg rolls Mon, B- Sausage patty, with two spoonfuls of egg L- chili and salad with chicken D- corned beef sandwich w/ chili and chips Tues, B- Sausage patty, with two spoonfuls of egg L- corned beef sandwich D- Amerigos Italian resturant- chickend with fettichuni in garlic butter sauce. lots of bread and tow margarita Wed, B- Waffle, sausage eggs and two glasses of milk (I was in the bathroom half the morning :sick ) L- chicken and pepperoni pizza and side salad D- Stuffed chicken breas and mashed potatos... Now the workouts.... Sat- 3 miles and one hour at the gym Sunday- did enough walking in the airport and one mile walk Monday- 45 min on the treadmill 10 incline in the morning... 600 calories weight machines Tuesday- 45 on the treadmill 12 incline 630 cal, weights. back to the gym in the afternoon for another 30 min on the tread 400 cal Wed- 15 min on the bike 70 cal... will hit the gym in the afternoon for a step class and 30 min on the treadmill... it really sucks to be away from home when u trying to eat right and exercise consistantly!!!

    Lane Bryant!! U guys, they took me to the mall on Sunday, and I still had a 25% off lane bryant coupon, why did i get some madison and lafayette trousers for 14.99 yeahhhh and they have this really cute jean jacket that comes in at the waist, normally 59.99, I got it for 28 bucks.. yeahhh. I wish they would take me back... I need another coupon!!!!
