    Who Wants to Walk

    I went to the gym last night, did 1 hour on the tread, 750 calories... Nothing like a good show to make u forget how hard ur working. Okay, I am getting pumped. Count me IN on the walk this weekend. I may even bring my pooches.

    3/6/06 B- EAS Protein shake L- Grilled chicken sald/ ginger dressing D- two roasted chicken legs, no skin Water, Water, a diet pepsi and I also tried that iso Protein Drink while i was at the gym. I need a snack... I am going to the grocery store this evening to find a low carb snack (under 10 carbs) any suggestions? __Got me some pork rinds_____

    Hi ladies... Well, I am FINALLY gonna make it back into the gym this eveing. I have falling off the band wagon big time and I am gonna continue to fall if I dont do something, so I am gonna hit the treadmill today... Hopefully this is a start to a new me.:clap2: :clap2:

    LSasha, I am gonna try the Protein train starting today. I dont eat seafood, but I am gonna load on the chicken breast. Question, I've heard that the Protrien Train work by thowing the body in Ketosis. Are there any foods that will kick start ya into ketosis?

    Hellooo Ladies... Sorry I havent posted recently... I have been studying for the CPA and have been really busy (sarrwee) Everyone is doing so well on their exercise... YOU GO LADIES....     Yup, that's me :Banane03: So what's my good news today.. I am off to see the the wizard, the wonder wizard of WLS... Yeah baby! Today is my first appt with Dr. Moazzez. So, hopefully with his guidance, I will come out today with a definate decision... as to RNY or Lap Band. I have been more in favor of Lap Band, but havent 100% made up my mind yet and I need to do that so that I am 100% comfortable with my decision. So hopefully, with the DOC help, I can finally make that decision. I post again when I get home...:xena_banana:

    Okay so today was a bad day... B- two bagels with butter no snack L- baja burrito.... (the real fatty high calorie one ) D- I am afraid to even enter the kitchen. On a good note, I went to TOPS last night and lost 2.5 pounds this past week. Yeahhh.. Hopefully I wont gain them back next week.

    If I remember correctly, when u go to your profile section, click on the avatar, save your photo there and it will display when u post. I have not yet had surgery, but hoping to some time in May. Right now, I am just trying to get a handle on the eating right thing.. rough battle, but its getttin a lil better.

    Hey Ladies... Just letting u know I had my psyc eval today... Piece a cake and I am not crazyyyyy So I see my PCP this Friday, and then I will fax my papers over to Dr. M. (they said I could even though I still have two more appts to finish) So, we'll see what happens!

    Thanks for the shouts.. but there was an update to yesterdays foods..... I ate around 5 and that was probably too early cuz I was still hungry later.. So, I ate a potato hotdog bun. and two (small) bowls of cherrios. I will later today, maybe that'll help. Today I had B- Bacon, egg, cheese croissant S- six oreo cookies L- Tendercrisp salad, honey mustard dressing D- not sure yet.... I want to give a BIG THANKS to Teresea. Girl, u know I was starving today at lunch. and without your help, I would have probably ate that 1200 calore Baja Fresh... or a co-worker :hungry: Thank you!! and thanks to all of you, Yall are the greatest!!! :clap2: :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

    Wed 2/8 B- EAS Protein shake L- BK chicken salad, with ranch, and a 6 pak of chicken fries D- Chicken breast and pork and Beans... Not great, but a whole lot better than yesterday...:couch2:
