Gurl, I got tooo.... The summer is amlost here and I have way to many clothes in my closet that dont fit. So I am attempting to "do the darn thang" :flame: :flame:

B- EAS Protein Shake S- Pork Rinds L- Pork Chop, Broccoli and Califlower S- Turkey and Cheese Roll-up D- Tuna, Boiled Egg, lil Mayo and some lettuce Liquids- Water, Crstal Lite and more Water. Exercise- 2 mile walk, upper body strength training and 200 crunches

It about a mile or so around my complex, so I am gonna walk the doggies and get a couple of miles in.

okay so here's the next question... I am trying to focus on Carbs and Protien... but even though we eat low carbs, there is usually some amount of fat that we are taking in. I understand that if there are now carbs to burn, the body will burn stored fat, but what about the fat we are taking in daily. How does that factor into the equation? I am still a lil lost on the whole thing, but hey whatever works!

Yeah, when I got home last night I wasnt hungry. But I ate some extra pork rinds cuz I was afaid my calories was too low. Okay, well I will eat as I have been and see what happens. BTW, I didnt make it to the gym, but I did walk around walmart and bought me a weight watchers scale. So now (although I know I shouldnt) I will weigh myself each morning and mark it on fitday.com. However, I will only post my weight losses here from TOPS... I am pumped!!!

Hey Yall, I have a dilemma... Here is my foods for the day. As you can see, I am not getting in enough calories and I am afraid that I wont lose the weight like I am trying to. For those on the protien train/low carbs, how many calories are you taking in. Any suggestions? Wont shoot ya... actually thanks for the info. I want to keep within 30-40 carbs a day, so the carnation may not work for me. I prefer something that is in liquif form though... the powder always seem yucky to me. But please bring the sample as I would like to try it out. Thanks!

Connie, do u just get them at the grocery store? LSasha, do u have extra Unjury's? If so, can I buy one off of ya? I'd like to try it before I order.... :hungry:

I'd love to join ya'll today, but I have to go home and get the poochies settled. I will go to the gym instead and do 400 cal on the tread mill. I do want to go to Haines Point though, so I will see yall up there on Sat.

I got them at CVS for 13 bucks for a 50 pack, which is kinda expensive. I saw somewhere online that they had them for like 8 bucks for a 100 pack. I will try to find the website again. You have to ask for them at the pharmacy desk.

Thanks lady. I feel good... although I will probably be sore tomorrow. I did one whole hour on the tread mill, alternating between 2.5-3.5 mph and 3-15 incline. I know I burned at least 750... Yeahhhh. Then I hit the weights for 1/2 hour. I gotta start good so I keep myself motivated. I also had that isopure protein drink while I worked out. It tastes okay... left my lips a lil dry, but hopefully it working to keep the muscles strong. Also, I need to take a multi vitiamin to keep myself together :notagree But I tell ya, watching 24 while I was on the tread DEFINATELY helped! Hopefully, I will hit the gym before I go to TOPS... get that extra .25 pounds OUTTA HERE...

Hey miss Connie... I see you have the Carnation for breakfast. Please tell me what you think of them. Also, LSasha or Stocky, let me know about the Unjury. I am taking EAS protien drinks, but I need some alternate drink because I think I am allergic to something in the drink (mouth starts to tingle) Thanks ladies.

Hey yall, I bought some ketostix yesterday. The are suppose to tell you if your in ketosis. Anyone ever use them? If so, what did you think of them? Thanks!
