That sounds about right. I can't remember the amounts of the doses off the top of my head but my nutritionist has me on a centrum daily vitamin, two calcium pills, two vitamin D pills, one vitamin A, one b50 complex, and an iron pill three times a week. I also take a gummy biotin to try and combat the hair loss...I'm really not sure how much it helps but I figure it doesn't hurt. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
