15 months post op. How much do you eat?

I'm 15 months post op and sometimes it worries me how much I can eat. I try to keep my entire dinner plate to the sum of a 1 cup portion, but I rarely get the full feeling. Scares me that I've stretched my pouch. I've had no regain but I do fluctuate 2 pounds or so . I've stopped loosing at 165 pounds from 320 pounds. What are some other people's experiences?
