This is what I am going to try. Go to Delay, Don’t Deny on Facebook. Look it over, look at the pictures and testimonials. I think I can do this. What I find now is that I can eat, small amounts ALL day long! (Apparently this is not a good thing!)
I am thinking that I just have to go back to the very basics. Maybe drink 1 protein shake daily, no snacking. Break up with soda again. Wondering about trying to try a preshrinking of the stomach pouch..Has anyone tried it?
