My stats: 7 months post op sleeve Hw:367 Sw: 324 Cw: 228 that's 139 total pound loss I can't even wrap my head around that number it's crazy and I'm still losing !
  6. I'm here cause I'm in the same place but worse I'm 4 months post op no complications i was 320 when I had surgery I went down to 262 and I've had 2 stalls since surgery my taste buds and sense of smell changed for a while but are now back to normal i hungry again as well not to the extent of before but more than I would like to be it also seems my pouch can hold more I'm terrified I will go backwards in embarrassed I've gained 5 pounds( 267) I need help I'm not even 6 months out how is this happening ?
  7. So we all basically take a bunch of vitamins or prescribed pills a day just from having surgery. Multi vitamin calcium and vita d liquid b vitamins etc.. So my question is what the nest way to take pill that you need to take with food? If drinking after you say makes your stomach empty faster then don't this mean pills won't fully desolve? I tried taking them then eating but this made me nauseous so what's the best way ?

    Oh No I'm Really Hungry

I'm 2 months post op and my hunger is returning also it scares the crap out of me I feel like I've been eating so much
  9. I totally can understand how you feel I'm down from 367 which was my highest ever weight to 283 and my body is changing its crazy but I miss my fullness (i had perfect tits smh bih full and high ) I got used to it I became comfortable in my skin part of me never thought i would lose the weigjt so i learned to myself at @ over 300 pounds now i have a body that's changing so fast I can't keep up I look at myself and wonder how I'll look by the time I hit my goal its scary despite all that I'm so greatful I was able to make such an amazing decision for my health and well being so even if I end up with no tits loose skin or lose all the curves I learned to love and got confidence in I will still consider this the best decision I ever made for myself ...
  10. that's so true I been eating regular food here and there and it's fading thank god for that cause it was becoming unbearable
  11. I've been experiencing this from the first thing in the morning when my tummy is empty
  12. sliming is like an overproduction of thick saliva/mucus it's really gross foaming is similar except it's bubbly spit in your mouth many ppl day it comes from eating too fast and/or too much however ive experienced both during times when I haven't eaten a thing so idk the exact cause
