I had forgotten about how thirsty I was at the beginning until you mentioned it. It went away for me. Just keep sipping your Water it should calm down. I don't know why we get soo thirsty but I remember it and then you cant quench it because you can drink so little. It is like torture lol. It will get better

Hi all!! I was sleeved in July and I have lost 100 + pounds. I was doing great but now all of a suddenly I feel like I am allowing myself to eat too much and not always making the best choices. My BMI is 26 so I am super close to goal. I thought I had finally gotten rid of head hunger but now I always feel hungry. I got a job in December and it is pretty slow paced and I am bored often. Do you all have any tips and tricks to help me get past this? Thanks!
