Thank you everyone! I'm almost 4 months Post op and things have been getting better so far. I'm having a hormone imbalance which sucks tremendously. My doctor is suggesting birth control pills to help regulate my menstrals . I've been experiencing a lot of things I never thought I would. But never the less I'm still hanging on for the ride.

Hello! I'm in the east bay. Been here my whole life. I recently had my Sleeve surgery just in March 2017 and I'm 4 months Post op. So far I've lost 50lbs. I feel great and so happy I made the decision. I'm happy to answer any questions. Welcome to this awesome support system.

I haven't seen the scale move in one month exactly... what in the world is going on?? I have never experienced a stall like this... Any tips to get that scale moving again? Could this be the end of the losing pounds? I have lost 41lbs since surgery.

I'm just about 3 months Post op. For the past 3 weeks I've had no energy, fighting daily fatigue and my acne is horrible. I'm irritated for no reason, and everything annoys me. I finally figured out that it is an imbalance hormones that is causing all this chaos. How do you deal with it? What can I do to help fight fight this feeling? I should be feeling great considering the amount I have lost already but my attitude is not matchin up. I do not take birth control, and I wash my face daily to help with oil. I nap when possible. I am keeping track of daily protein intake as well as water/fluid intake. Please pray for me, that my hormones get back on track. That God continues to give me strength. I'm a mother of 4 and the past few weeks I'm literally dragging myself to do things which is so unlike me.

This didn't go well at all for me, it was my first time eating out and I thought I could eat a mozzarella stick. I think 15 minutes later I was in the restroom vomiting cheese sorry for tmi I was sweating profusely and was hot and everyone was eating like normal. Oh never again and lesson learned probably avoid eating out or continue to make healthy choices. How do you order when you're out? What do you order?

My husband told me the other day I'm losing my butt I've always had a curvy plus size feature and was always told I carry my weight well because I had it in my breast and hips and butt. I've been wearing a waist trainer to help target my tummy area rather then my butt lol I think I look great but it's always the hubby who notices. I have been measuring myself once a month so I will see next week how much off my wait ha came off and everywhere else. I hate how saggy my breast are in a 44DDD and they look great in a bra but without just call me granny I'm only 2 months Post op and 40lbs down I don't want to lose to quickly but I can see this is a little out of my control now.

Wow what a loss! Congrats! I was sleeved on 3/2/17 and have lost just about 40lbs and I thought that was a lot lol but I know friends and family are definitely noticing. I don't have a goal really just to be under 200lbs because I haven't seen that number in over a decade. I'm 209 as of today

I only had pre op clothes even after post op, but the pants were falling off of me and it was pretty ridiculous. Well I bought a few things and in the next couple of weeks those things didn't fit me then I was searching for more clothes and this has been an expensive journey so far. So instead I'm going down a whole size and wearing those for now but meanwhile selling some stuff online to use towards other clothes. I'm only 3 months Post op too and have lost almost 40lbs and 2 pants sizes and 2 tops sizes. I can't imagine my goal weight and how much longer I will continue to lose.
