Anyone have their surgery at Baylor Plano? -
Does anyone know if there's any connection between bypass and menstrual cramps? I had my bypass on March 13. This is my first period then and I am having the worst cramps I've ever had. Anyone experienced this? Or is it just a coincidence? Thank you

I am a little over 3 months post RNY; what kind of whole grains can I eat? I am fearful, though, of the extra carbs. Any tips and suggestions would be helpful and appreciated.

I have only lost 37 pounds....i say "only" because i expected it too be a bit more by now. I eat about 600-700 calories per day (including one protein shake) and usually average between 65 and 75 grams of protein. If I need to increase calories, I am all for it; however, I don't know how to fit it all in...any tips or suggestions are really appreciated. (My surgery weight was 232 and I am 195 now, i hoped to be at 180 by now ☹️) -
What kind of oatmeal do you recommend?

I am 3 months post-op RNY. We are going on s 7 day cruise in about 3 weeks and I am extremely anxious about the availability of all of the food. I have been telling myself that if I feel the need to snack, that it must be protein or veggies. Any other tips and suggestions are greatly appreciated!

I am just about seven weeks post op RNY… Started at 232 and now only down to 208… I am feeling discouraged and depressed as I would've expected to lose more by now. I average about 500 to 600 cal per day, with 60 to 70 g of protein. I have not lost any weight in the last four days. Not sure what to do here…☹️
