Yes, I am on liquids for another two weeks...i am no where close to meeting the protein and water levels...too much to drink in one day -
Severe pain shooting to my shoulder...heating pad and gasx do not really help Help!

I am on Day 3 of my 14 day pre op diet....i feel exhausted and have a constant headache. Could this be from too much Protein? ( my pre op consists of 2 shakes, 2 bars and 1 protein/veggie meal)
