I am only two weeks postop; however I am wondering if I will ever be able to eat oatmeal again?

I am 3 weeks out and have just started soft foods...so far, yogurt, cottage cheese and refried beans...twice in the last 24 hours, i have dry heaved...the second time was much worse as white foamy stuff was coming up....i still feel pain 4 hours later...how do you prevent the dry heaves? Thank you

My husband and I are scheduling a cruise for August. At that point I will be five months post op… Will I be able to find things to eat on a cruise ship? Any suggestions are appreciated

What other kind of soup besides chicken and vegetable broth?

When i tried to add unflavored Unjury to soup, it clumped up and totally turned me off...

My doctor says no jello, yogurt or pudding.....i can only have protein shakes, crystal light, broth, sugar free popsicles and soups that go through a strainer
