I'm 2 1/2 week out and I also have not lost but 13 lbs. until this morning and I'm down 3 more. Look for apps that you can log you food in with protein goals. I get 3 premier protein shakes a day each with 30g each there is also a app called Bariatric IQ that will tell you if a food is good to eat for you day post op. The one to log you food is called Bariatasic. Both are good sources.
