Went to my 7 day post op appointment today I'm down 8.2 pounds I'm so excited to continue with my progress moving on to stage 2 eating

Yeah I know I just hear so many stories on how ppl get hooked on pain killers that I'm just scared and don't wanna become that person but I'm taking them sparingly I just wait until I can't bate the pain anymore I'm going to see my surgeon for my post op appointment tomorrow I'll see what he says

I am passing gas however I have not had a post op bowel movement yet maybe once that happens I'll feel better

Thanks sweetheart I've been walking as much as I can doesn't help that I get dizzy after a while but I'll get it together -
Thanks I'm trying not to sweat it and let things happen on their own but it's hard when I used to going at least twice a day
