    Okay people, let's make a cookbook!!

    Great idea Teresa, sorry I'm so late. Hummous Recipe - Very low fat and low calorie Ingredients: 2 14oz cans of Garbanzo Beans or Chick Peas 2 tbs. tahini or sesame paste 1 garlic clove (minced) 5 tsp. of lemon or lime juice (I prefer lime) 1 large red pepper (chopped) Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and mix well. Makes a blender full, enough hummous for all! Eat with veggies, or low fat wheat crackers. If you like garlic, this recipe is for you !! Hummous keeps in fridge for 1 week. Enjoy !

    Bananas

    I eat bananas too. I haven't had any problems yet. Like the Jersey Girl, I only eat 1/2 or 3/4. I share w/ my daughter or dog. It's a great way to help with portion control !!

    burps

    I have what I call "mini-series" burps, they are like little air bubbles that come up in a mini-series after I eat. Their not too loud or big, but they definitely are entertaining !!
  4. Hi Everyone, I'm so glad I found this site, you guys have great info and advice !! I was banded on January 19th, I'm doing really good - no complications. My first fill is on Valentine's Day, isn't that romantic ?!!! I gotta make one of those weight loss time tables you all have, those are cool. Peace out homeys !!
