    Hey everyone. Ladies this is a question for y'all. I'm 3 mths post and ive lost over 40lbs but when i get on the scale it says i gained a pound. Im doing what im supposed to do though. Could it be like that because im on my period?

    Im only 3mths post but ive heard from ppl on my other groups that ur stomach isnt swollen anymore so u will be able to eat alittle more. Ur body is just used to the small amount of food so ur brain knows when to stop. Don't b worried ur body is just trained. U can lose more weight just do alittle more walking or working out.
