congrats bigpapa you had your surgery 8 days before me i lost counted in my total the preop diet also but at surgery i was 304 im now 227 and ive hit a plateau, i also havent had a fill yet either so i guess im lucky there keep up the good work and ive had steady weight loss nothing fantastic just 5-6 lbs a weekl
do what i used to do and place a 2x4 under your head board also use an extra pillow try not to dat or drink anything 2 hrs before bed hope this helps been there fixed that
when you say cheat do you mean like a cheesesteak 5 days before surgery lol i did that and i still got operated on i think it depends on how fat your liver is he wont know till he gets in there dont say a word just dont cheat anymore
hi fellow bandsters i lost 105 lbs since may 15 ( july 31 surgery date weight 304 lbs ) i feel good my blood work is fine and for some dumb ass reason im trying to slow down my weight loss 17 lbs from goal of 210
on may 15, 2008 i weighed 332 lbs. i had surgery on july 31 i weighed 304 lbs and on today november 17, 2008 i weigh 227 lbs. total weight loss so far 105 lbs in 6 months. i feel great and looking good . go for it .
i dont know i dont eat breads i cant tolerate them i pushed the envelope to find out what i could and couldnt handle and i rarely eat vegis i drink v8 instead i drink 24 oz of coffee everyday it keeps my system running smoothly i drink whole milk, cheeses i work 2 jobs so that keeps me active i have lost alot of muscle mass i havent had a fill yet so i dont know how much i will continue to lose as a matter of fact ive had an unfill they took out my prime in the hospital so i guess i really dont have a clue if this helped anyone im glad i could help
does anyone here know of a non surgical way of decreasing alittle excess belly fat (lotion creams skin brushing etc) that actually work ive lost alot weight and i have this little apron here any info would be greatly appreciated
