hi i was back to work 9 days post op and i have 2 jobs that are more physically demanding i work on pumps and compressors and i manage a pizza shop i went back to both jobs in 9 days i think youll be fine

hi you will be fine again in time let your body adjust . im having a similar problem as i have lost 86 lbs in 5 months and although in feels great to lose the weight there is the skin thing but the alternative could be an early death so please continue to stay positive and enjoy what you have accomplished

get an electric hand mixer and puree the hell out of it

has anyone had alot of weight loss within 2 months. i was operated on 7/31 and i have gone from 304 lbs to 258 lbs in not even 2 months thats 46 lbs and i havent had a fill yet. as a matter of fact when i was in hospital they had to take the prime out of the band because i was too swollen. any responses will be appreciated. P.S. i also eat well and because of my bad knee i havent exercised yet

big rick thats what doctor said we are similar in weight and weight loss goal although you were 30 lbs heavier at the start keep up the good work

i know the feeling even though im losing an extrordinary amount of weight (46 lbs) and its not even two months. doctor told me i was so far off the curve i didnt need a fill and that was 13 lbs ago i guess i wont be getting one in november either. as long as youre losing enjoy it. some others dont have your luck

hang in there girlie i was hospitalized twice after surgery for dehydration and i too wanted it out they had to take the prime out of the band. but it is well worth it on 9/30 will be two months post op and ive lost 46 lbs and i feel great ive got the most energy ive had in years. good luck i was miserable too

i was banded july 31 st and lost 34 lbs but i gained back about 4 lbs get my first fill on the 10 th i get that feeling too sometimes i feel restricted and sometimes i feel i could eat a cow good luck keep fighting the fight

hi im the opposite im 5 weeks post op and i lost 34 lbs but now ive gained a few i get my first fill on the 10 th max protein by gnc is great stuff i bought a hand mixer 2 scoops in water juice or milk and you have 88 grams of protein mix the vanilla with oj and you have a creamsicle also if youre having little or no restriction drink something cold instead of warm broth or soup it tends to make the band contract hang in there good times are coming
