I'm feeling pretty discouraged. My pre op diet was two weeks in total and I've only lost 11 pounds... I always hear people losing 15-20. What did you guys lose? -
I'm almost there, surgery is on Thursday and I'm a bag of nerves. Barely sleeping. I haven't been this nervous for as long as I can remember!!!

Omg yes!!!! I cry at everything. And my anxiety is through the roof, feels like an elephant on my chest currently
