I am almost 7mo. Post op, 5lbs less than my goal and I'm thinking about trying Ezekiel bread.. Sometimes I just want a piece of toast or a half of a pbj sandwhich... Any thoughts or experiences? Went shopping today for new work clothes and I NEEEVVEEERRR thought in a million years I would wear a size 4/6... I'm so THANKFUL to God for this opportunity and even though I may fall short at times, I'm going to work HARD to never go back to where I was before..... THANK you!!!! I hit a month long stall too at about 8 months so I decided to try Intermittent Fasting... I ate only between the hours of 12pm-8pm and fasted the rest of the time only drinking tea or decaf/sugar free coffee... I did that for 2 weeks and it worked, the scale started moving again. THANK you... I don't have ALOT of loose skin.. Just a little on my arms, stomach and thighs but it's not extreme... My weight stopped where it wanted too... I have the normal loose skin on my arms, stomach (I've had 4 kids), and my upper thighs. It's not horrible and I don't have to wear spanks to "control " it, but I'm NOT to the point where Id feel comfortable in a bathing suit without a cover up either. People tell me that ALL the time... They always say "Ok now, don't lose anymore" or "what are you trying to do now ".... I always say "I'M GOOD, I GOT THIS" In other words LEAVE ME ALONE PLEASE!!!!! I've had the frozen ones you bake but I could only handle 3-4, I haven't had those since because I don't really like them. When I get the urge for wings I order the smoked wings from Chili's and I can only eat 4 at a time. They are AWESOME!!!! Can you have jello on the full liquid stage. I'm almost 9mo. Post op so I don't fully remember but if so that will give you the chewing sensation.
