    MAINTENANCE PHASE???

    My "diet" is not the best and never has been, the only difference is that now I eat waaaaay less and I stay away from sweets, fried foods and carbs. When I have salads I eat them with a boiled egg, and it chicken. I TRY to get some sort of protein with each meal. When did you have surgery and what are your stats?     MAINTENANCE PHASE???

    Thank you so much, I'm trying to work this New lifestyle. I just checked the Bmi calculator and it said 27.1 so..... To be honest I don't weigh my food at all and I just started tracking it on my phone fitness app. For breakfast I have oatmeal with a banana in it or a turkey sausage link and a boiled or scrambles egg, then aboit 30min later a cup of decaf coffee with some premier protein drink in it. For lunch I'll do a salad or some chicken salad, or hummus with flaxseed tortilla chips. For dinner I may do soup or another salad. I usually snack on cashews, almonds a d apples and peanut butter.   6. Since we are stuck in the house i feel so snacky... Even though it's only been nuts and some hummus chips, I still feel like I've been eating more..... It may be boredom, it may be nerves because we don't know what the next few days hold AND because our city is suffering tremendously and I feel helpless....     Home bound by Hurricane Harvey

    I live in Spring, Tx and while we didn't get hit too heard either, I still feel stuck in the house and bored.... It was kind of tough not being able to eat my fave comfort fooids while watching Hallmark movies... I went to Wal-Mart and bought the kids ice cream, but I'm eating an apple with peanut butter.   13. I am 4.5 months vsg post op and I'm 6lbs from what I thought was my "Goal weight, but my body still needs ALOT more toning..... BUT I'M STILL THANKFUL FOR the weight I've lost.     Salads was until I was 6 weeks out... I use the dressing from Olive Garden... They sell it at Sams... I use less than a cap full... If I'm out and I get a salad I use the "fork method" I dip my fork in the dressing first then I put salad on my fork...     @sleevedshereen to be honest, I don't weigh any thing..... I do eat alot of salads and try to have a little piece of chicken or chicken salad with it since I dont eat beef or pork. (It's been 11yrs) My go to snacks are cashews, apples with peanut butter, fruit or the quinoa/flaxseed tortilla chips. Sometimes I don't eat a meal for dinner or lunch. I just have cashews, or an apple or something...As for exercise I walk at least 4 days a week for 30 mins... I dontgo to the gym consistently and I just started my Tae Bo last night lol..     what is your ht/wt and clothing size?

    I'm 5'4 3/4" (yes I need my 3/4 of am inch) lol... The most I've ever weighed is 278lbs. And I was in a size 20 bottoms and XL top. My surgery was 03/20/17 and I was 232 wearing a size16 bottoms and a Lg/XL top depending on how it was made. Today I am 169 wearing a Medium top and size 10 bottoms(but they are getting baggy).
