Hi I have completed 3 wks today, I got sleeve with dr Castro, I feel very disappointed with my progress I have lost only 16lbs since my pre op, my SW was 218lb and my CW is 210lb so in 3wks I have lost only 8lb is it normal or I am feeling that way

I had on2/13 and I still not working, I will start first wk of march

How r u handling soft food n how early did u start I got my done on2/13 and I am always super hungry

It's ok don't worry, I am glad that we have support group not alone in this journey, hopefully we will all achieve our goal

I think it should go down but I am not very worried abt weight gain or lose because all we r doing is on liquid diet so eventually will lose some significant wait anyway I would take lot of stress abt weight gain don't worry everything will be fine
