    Yes. I do strength training 3 days a week and walk and run stairs 5 to 7 days a week. Stall has lasted a month. so far
  2. This is my first post to a forum. My weight loss has completely stalled at 4 months and I am still 28 lbs from my goal weight so I am hoping that discussing my struggle will shed some light on how to stay on track and get the scale to moving again. I am eating 60+ grams of Protein a day. Typically 900-1000 calories a day. Drink lots of Water. Generally keep carbs below 40.
