Hello all I had my surgery 3/6/17 and I've lost 70 pounds so far, but I'm having trouble with foods still so the doctor believes that I have a stricture that needs dilated. I'm lucky that I've lost this much so quick, I haven't been able to exercise much due to gout from thyroid levels. Not sure about the esophagram. I haven't had any issues other than this and having an extra 6in incision :/ hopefully this will help me. I chew Trident Bubble Gum like some people smoke cigarettes, obviously that's a huge no-no due to swallow risk and excess air in pouch. I decided to actually try a 0 nicotine e cigarette and I really like it but I'm not addicted to it per se. All the forums say no nicotine after surgery but this is non-nicotine so do you think it's okay? Or do I need to let this go too? -
