    Hi if your having doubts ur not ready for a gastric sleeve you need to think what's best for you it's a long road ahead and if you think you can do it naturally then great ?? I'm the same I can lose weight easy but before I no it iv put it back on ? Witch is no good for. Me so I got the sleeve and the sleeve is only a tool in your body to help you lose weight .     Don't be it will come ? The only time you need to worry is when your putting weight on ? But they never built Roma in a day just takes time and determination x witch you have good luck and cheer up ?

    Well done I'm 9. Days out feel good not much pain cuts are healing well back driving getting out had abit ov gas witch was a pain keep walking it goes first bowl movement has painful but now ok ? just take it easy . Good luck with ur journey x

    Same after 3/4 days the hunger seems to go its strange how much your body can live on after surgery is a strange feeling I did not feel hungry one bit ? Even now I can take it or leave it . Good luck in ur journey .

Myself but to be fair probably best money iv spent just need to get head around new beginnings in my journey . I'm now 8 days out and every day I'm feeling better I hope this helps .     How many has he done and any mortalitys ? First thing I asked ?. Could not asked for a better surgeon to be fair . Glad iv done it really am I'm not massively overweight but I'm up and down faster than a yoyo . When I booked in was 16st9 now 14st4 now so happy just did it to keep me steady and off my cpap ? No good .
