You just need a few days rest I was off all pain relief after 3 days hope all goes well I buy Protein shakes with 30 grams ov protein in from Asda try and drink 3 a day then ur soups and Water and Vitamins . U won't feel that hungry ? Good luck

Protein shakes low fat yogurt miller light ones soup ? get a nutria bullet blend soups up with bits in Meal Replacements drinks Asda own brand also some chew Vitamins Centrum tuty fruity ones better than the drink ones I could not keep them down for shit Water for drinking a few waterproof plasters so you can have a shower ? and clean you cuts apart from that a good rest I'm now 12 days out I'm driving not in pain and moving around ov still feel weak but that's the intake ov liquid diet I'm on hope this helps ???

The only regret you will have if you don't do it I'm now 12 days out after surgery I feel good no pain . And driving still on liquid diet but to be fair I don't feel to bad as yet it's a strange feeling not feeling hungry and when I do 200ml ov Soup sorts the job out . I was pooing myself before but that's normal we are changing our lives forever . Our main goal is to have a tool in our body to help us be healthy and lose weight if we choose to do so .hope this helps good luck ?

I had surgery on the 13 th ov Feb 2017 gastric sleeve . Did not need any painkillers after 3 days now feel good driving again getting out and about still feel abit weak but that's ok . Could go back to work if I want but no rush iv lost 36.6lbs . To press hoping to lose 35lbs more then I will be happy ? hope this helps

Hi just think like this do want to wake up in. Pain everyday or do you want a chance to start a new journey where you will feel more alive and full ov energy yes I no the feeling I was so scared had bad dreams thinking ov it witch is normal but stay strong and think positive good luck ?

My back hurt for a few days after surgery when I started to move around it eased off thank god ?? hope it gets better soon but never be afraid to go doctor if u think you have a leaky pouch . Good luck ?

It will change ur life if you work with it ? ? I had a few reasons get off cpap also stop snoring a good night sleep the main one is to continue to take my 4 year old son ride is bike at motorcross be able to play football with him without me being to big to run lol

To be fair iv only got one choice hurry and get it done with ur weight loss all ur health problems will reduce if not go so my opinion would be take the chance it could save your life . Hope this helps good luck ?

So was I I'm a big softie really am my wife can't believe I did it lol iv never had any surgery in my life I was ? Myself but deep down I new that if I don't I'm going to get lots ov health problems. I'm 37 and want to see my kids grow up time will tell if I made the right decision ? I was 16 st 9 pounds now I'm 14st 4 pound from today's date I just need a kick up my arse diets don't really work for me I can lose weight but before you no it I'm twice as much? Hope you make the right move good luck

I was the same mike weak but after all we have had a good size opp I'm now on day 10 after opp I'm out driving paying my bills and plodding around as soon as you get a good intake ov vitamins protein and water it's start making you feel a lot better and the best thing is when I go shopping you start to think what you are buying lol ? I get protein drinks with 50g ov protein in them if I drink 2 a day that's plenty ov protein in me ? I found a better tasting vitamin also 2 a day chewable one with all I need in them so it's getting a lot easier ? Still losing weight now 201lds so my moto is as long as it don't go up all good ? Glad to here your doing well we got this ??
