The same here. I'm 3 days post op and I feel better by the day. Question? Is it normal to feel like someone is choking the upper part of your stomach and if so how long did it last. I can deal with the soreness the discomfort is the worst [emoji32][emoji29][emoji27][emoji32]

I started my process back in November and we are now into a new year. I was told by several ppl that even though it is a new year that my deductible should be based off last year when my process started and not this years deductible. The example I was given is for instance if I became pregnant in 2016 and I delivered in 2017, my insurance is going to pay based off my deductible being met the year that I got pregnant. The insurance can't say well we can not pay your hospital bills because you haven't met your deductible for 2017. I'm just needing some help whether anyone knows if this is true or false. Because if it's true, then I am owed some money because I met my deductible for 2016 already. Plz help insurance experts! "UHC "[emoji19]

Last week I received the date February 20th @09:00am. Was started on my liquid diet since last Monday. Went to my nutritionist appointment yesterday and was asked if I was having my surgery at the hospital because she didn't see me scheduled. Ok, now I'm blowing smoke! She said I needed to call the coordinator to see why! So I called and the coordinator saids oh we've submitted everything to UHC and we're awaiting your approval! STOP! I say so why was I given the 20th @0900am and why am I starving if technically if I haven't been approved yet? She goes, oh well we normally give a tentative date in hopes that everything is approved blah! blah! blah! Smh! I'm furious [emoji36]! So you mean to tell me I'm going through the rough and could potentially be denied ? I am on pins and needles right now! I'm scared [emoji15] I am 5'3 with starting weight of 260...I have a history of hypertension and swelling, my joints and knees hurt often. I also lost 10lbs last week from doing the liquid diet. I'm praying UHC approve me and fast!

I have my surgery Monday February 20th, and this diet is no joke. I just hope that my liver has shrunk because this was a hard hard process and I don't wanna be turned around because it didn't shrink enough ... ugh!!!!
