Hello, I need help please. I had my lap band surgery in 23 November 2016. My band is 9 CC filled so far. Before I did the surgery my weight was 82 kg (180.77 pounds) and my height is 174 cm (5.7). We are now in Mid February and my weight is only 78 kg (171 pounds). I am feeling like I am not loosing weight. Is there any problem? I am starting to regret that I did the operation from the first place. I am so frustrated and sad. Can someone please help me. Thanks!

I work from 9AM to 4 PM. I am a translator so most of my work is done while sitting on my desk. I try to walk at least two hours per week. I have 2 kids so it's kind of difficult to exercise more. With the band restrictions I am eating less than I used to do before. I am not on a specific diet. I eat whatever I make or see in front of me ! I asked my doctor if I should be on a specific diet, he said not now!
