I bought these and they are horrid. Nastiest vitamins I've ever put in my mouth. $20 down the drain

I was sleeved on 1/30/17. I feel like I have completely failed at this. I cannot get enough fluids in. I have advanced my diet too quickly. I have no problem eating small amounts of soft foods. Protein shakes make me sick. If I see another cup of broth I'll be sick. I really regret the surgery so far.

I am 3 weeks post op as well. I seem to be in a stall as well. It is disheartening.

I am 3 weeks post op and I feel exhausted all the time. I work in a busy doctors office and it's all I can to do to keep up. I feel sick after eating. I hope it passes soon. I don't have time to feel this bad [emoji31] -
Anyone that's post op how long was it before you started noticing the weight coming off? I'm 2 weeks post op and haven't noticed much change since surgery. As little as I eat i expected more than what I'm seeing on the scales.

My family ate out tonight and I ate 6 grilled shrimp. I know it's too soon for that. I had no problems with it. I felt like everyone was watching thinking how bad I was being. Lol
