Hi everyone! I had the sleeve this past January and lost 36 pounds. Its really hard and not easy because I live I NYC and its cold and usually I want a hot meal and pig out. But I keep in mind what I accomplished so far and I want to loose more and I use to have back pain thank god I don't have any more pain. so I maintain my diet with my homemade soups or can soups and most important protein shake I recommend unjury protein shake. I was introduced this shake at ny Presbyterian hospital best hospital in. NYC and awesome staff. I hope this information inspire someone and congratulations to all on your journey of success and don't give up we can do it! Sent from my KFFOWI using BariatricPal mobile app
