I drink lemon and honey in the morning around 8:30 and protein shake around 10 and butter milk from 11 though 3:30 pm on and off. 12 I eat 2 oranges. Nuts around 10 almonds around 6:30 and soup either chicken corn or tomato soup around 8:00 pm. End with multi vitamins. This my daily routine. I take 10,000 steps 5 days in a week.
