5/6 - Woke up bruised and sore from my gym incident. I just went to work and minded my business. I was not really in the mood for people. Nothing special happened.
5/7 - Got into it with an employee. He got in my face and that was it. My manager had to get involved. He really pushed my buttons. I repeatedly said that I was not talking about him. I was having a discussion with my manager in regards to call roll overs and this idiot decided to interject himself. He is not a Supervisor. He felt as though I was speaking about him when I was speaking about a fellow Supervisor (He is not even a permanent employee. He is seasonal). I advised him 6 times that I was not and then told him to go back to work and do his job. He then got up and got in my face. I told my Manager that this is the second time he has done that and he cannot come back here next year for the season. I told my Manager, I will be nice and work with him for the remaining time that they are here but I will be sending an email to HR. This the last time he will be able to do that. My Manager was very understanding, noting that I am not an aggressive person. Everyone who works with me knows that I am the best person to work for. I like having fun and joking around.

I'm sorry about the gym incident. Take care of yourself. If you're hurting, don't push it.
As for the co-worker, you did good to stand up for yourself. Hostility is in cool in the workplace. Judging based on your posts, you seem to want to have fun and you're light. That's a good thing....must have really pushed your buttons to get you worked up.
Now, take a deep breath and let it out. 😉
