@FluffyChix It is hard work but soo worth it. I am working hard to try and get rid of the stomach. My Doctor says, that's where I am holding about 15 lbs of fat. I do a stomach workout every workout. Plants, decline sit ups, mountain climbers and russian twist. They are killer and my abs be sore but soo worth it. lol

Dayum girl!!! @Thejeweledsleeve You are rockin it and love your attitude! Don't laugh at me. I finished PT the week of Christmas and my therapist told me that I could use there place as a gym for $30/mnth. She will keep loading me up with exercises as my strength and mobility increase and will correct my form...I think I should do it since I don't have to sign a contract. I just don't see me doing my exercises at home cuz I can't get down on the floor and need an inclined raised bed. LOL. The exercises are NOTHING like what you describe. LOL. Lot's of bands and toe lifts. *snort*
