I'm down 30 lbs. Hooray...but I thought it would be more by now. Eating little but sometimes throwing up because of the pain. I don't want another fill yet so I haven't called for an appointment. Will keep losing as is I hope. Waiting for the new gym to open.

My Dr said that the pain in the left shoulder is becasue when you eat or drink too much or too fast your stomach distends and it then presses on a nerve tht goes to your left shoulder. Drink slower, don't gulp...that helpped me in the beginning. That pain hurt me for hours until I found out what it really was.

I can eat bread if its toasted and I take out the guts. I hate subway but would sure love an italian hoagie right about now. I can eat pizza though...a whole slice but I miss the italian bread and salad I used to have with it.

Hi. I was banded 2/14/06 and am stuck at the 30lb loss for over 2 weeks. I am eating small amounts but sometimes the darn food gets stuck and I make myself throw it up because of the pain! I am happy with the loss, just wish it was more. I eat so little why don't I lose more??? I am not exercising yet...I just joined a new gym that has yet to open. I am a pre-k teacher and on the move all day with the kids but not walking or exercising regularly. I know exactly how you feel... I don't understand why we only lose 1-2 lbs a week when we eat soooo little. I only had one fill and don't want another one!! I still have things get stuck so I think that one fill was enough for me. start wt-266 todays wt 236

I think more people should check it out. It's easier then finding replies to your questions and comments. Plus you can talk to each other right away. Come on y'all chat, chat, chat. Yes it's there. On top in the blue line see it says lbt chat. It's cool. I know, no-one is ever in there...I go in and see people go in and out quick they never type anything...If you ever go in stay a few minutes because others check it out too and if you stay a few minutes maybe someone will talk. I will that's for sure.:clap2:

I don't know why everyone is different with the liquids....it's weird. I even see that some peoples pands are different sizes. I don't know what size I got I think 5cc??? I saw someone had one that's 11cc. I wonder why
