You're okay. It is normal to stall at 2-3 weeks post op. I went up a pound. Just keep doing your program. You are doing amazing! The weight is coming off. I thought the hunger would disappear but it didn't. I eat when I'm hungry but only a few bites and I am satisfied. I eat a little less at my next meal and journal my intake to keep on track. You are doing really well. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

Weight Loss Stall at 2 weeks Post-op
Desertcanary replied to Kristina Mccarthy-Martin's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
My nut told me that it normal to stall in weeks and three. Your body is working out how to deal with less food so your metabolism slows. Keep drinking and getting protein and the stall will break. Great job so far! -
Wow. Great job.

Baked ricotta is good. Refried beans, mashed potatoes, pureed chicken salad and eggs.

I hope you feel better soon. I can't eat today either. I keep trying though.

Surgery tomorrow

My bag stayed in my car. I didn't need much while in the hospital. I wish I had some ear buds to listen to my book or music from my phone. -
I was heading to urgent care today if I still hurt. Yay I can skip that!

Surgery tomorrow
Desertcanary replied to kimmie kim's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Sleeping in the hospital is difficult. The staff woke me hourly to give me meds, take vitals, and check on me. The hospital staff was all wonderful and professional, but I didn't get much sleep.
