  10. I am two days into my pre op diet I am based in the U.K. And the hospital have been strict with the pre op and I am allowed the below 4 x weight watchers soup per day 4 x muller light yogurts per day 1 x pint of skimmed or semi skimmed milk per day. The milk I can use in tea and coffee. The last couple of days U have had chai tea as it's a nice sweet taste - do u think that this ok? Apart from that u am committed to only eating what the hospital has said.
  11. About to start mine on Friday! The dieticians has been really strict and I will only be allowed: 4x weight watchers soups (tiny cans) 4x muller light yogurts 1x pint milk (semi skimmed) per day

From the Uk & need a buddy

Hi I am based in the U.K. And am scheduled to have my sleeve on the 11th! Start the liquid diet as of this Friday (dreading that) but am mostly positive. My experience so far as been great and surprisingly quick as I went to the first appointment on 31/12. Already started my vitamins just to build myself up a bit. Fingers crossed u get your date soon
  13. Tomorrow I have my pre assessment at the hospital. I have managed to lose a bit of weight though all the dietician did say was that they didn't want me to put on so I guess that's something I already feel so much better since being excepted to have the operation. I am actually looking into what I am eating and have managed to quit a 15 year smoking habit without vapes or nicotine Patches. As I based in the U.K. Would anyone else be able to say whether they will give me a date tomorrow. I am expecting to have bloods but not sure what else
  14. After going to the one stop clinic I have been accepted to have the gastric sleeve surgery and have my pre assessment this time next week. Was just wondering what I should expect? Thanks in advance!
