Hi I actually signed up with Take Shape for Life which is a meal program. 5 of their meals and 1 lean and green. It gets pricey though. I was required to do 6 months of supervised weight loss. I bounced around a lot but I also have thyroid problems. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
