So excited and pound on myself. I have been doing greattttttttttttt!!!! Surgery was on 02/02/17 I was 276 and today 02/15/17 I decided to weigh myself and I am 255 [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]

The best thing I did a month before was started limiting the things I eat... like for breakfast instead on having a meal I would have a protein shake... lunch a salad and a small meal for dinner so that my bodies would've been comfortable after my procedure. I also made sure I only had water besides my shakes, a gallon of water a day. -

Good Morning!!! Had my surgery in 2/2/17 I'm feeling great but the only problem I'm having is everytime I drink or eating to gas in my stomach becomes painful for like 5 seconds.... can I drink anything for these gas? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
