I just love animals! ALL TYPES!!! But My main fur baby is a grumpy kitty cat! I also have three dogs so I'm sure there are some single cat ladies somewhere!

Poke is like sashimi which is usually sushi grade raw fish. No dairy to speak of though my stomach has not had a problem with dairy thus far. However I'm thinking the problem today was spicy tuna and it still being flared up from the day before. SW: 328 CW: 228 GW: 150 Surgery date: January 12, 2017

haha some might frown upon the eating of half a flour tortilla since breads rice and stuff (unless multigrain or wheat bread) is a no-no. Which is why the cramps today are such a surprise I didn't have any breads or rice. Just meat and veggies which is usually ok for me. I'm wondering if perhaps my stomach is just still sensitive from the previous mishap. Im keeping an eye on it and sticking to strictly liquids for the next few days. I might send an Email to my surgeon as well.

Okay guys don't be mad at me. I'm at the 12-month mark of my surgery okay maybe just reaching 11. So far it's been great super smooth sailing, lost 105 lbs feeling great and working out. Does anyone ever get super massive stomach cramps? I don't get dizzy or throw up just really intense stomach cramps. I thought it might have been because I ate half a flour tortilla the other day that's when they started. However when I woke up this morning I was fine I was able to eat regularly again with no pain... that was until tonight I had a poke Bowl no rice Just Fish,avocado, edamame, seaweed salad and regular salad greens under that. So why do I feel like I'm dying again the tortilla passed through fine though it was a close call that taught me a lesson. But I've had sashimi since the surgery and been fine and again I didn't have ANY RICE or other pasta/bread bits? Was my sleeve just sensitive after the first bit? I guess it's liquid diet for the next few days but has anyone had this problem or problem specifically with poke? Im just wondering what gives since this seemed fine to eat before. Edit: Also I have no Idea why this triple posted Im trying to delete the other two but it isn't letting me x.x;

I'm at about the 9 month mark since my gastric sleeve surgery!!! I've only just reached the point where I've lost 100 pounds. It's been a hard road and a lot of tears, I still hate sweating and working out and have bad days sometimes. The truth is I never want to go back and that's what keeps me motivated to keep moving. I was a size 26/28 at the begining and last week I was able to squeeze into a size 18! Which I haven't done in years. I'm so happy and I know this is still the honeymoon stage but I'm really hoping this feeling lasts! (Also hoping this is the right subforum) SW: 328 CW: 228 GW: 150 Surgery date: January 12, 2017

NixNichi replied to vsgClarese's topic in Singles Forum
XD omg I feel this on a spiritual level. Who knows the dating game seems so complicated. Just don't let em play games with you!!! >_>;;;; I'm just ready to get cats... SW: 328 CW: 256 GW: 150 Surgery date: January 12, 2017 -
When were you allowed low fat cream soups?
NixNichi replied to FatPharm's topic in General Weight Loss Surgery Discussions
I also was allowed creamed strained soups about 6 or so days out. Make sure to mix some flavorless protein powder with them. SW: 328 CW: 256 GW: 150 Surgery date: January 12, 2017 -
So sorry to hear it! It's so hard to do these things by yourself. I am single but I have my family and my cat I cant imagine doing it on my own! So you are a very strong person and this place here is a good way to find support as well!
