    My packet thay was given to me pre surgery all said of course Water but crystal light is fine. Of course confirm with your surgeon but water has been to heavy for me. Also not a big where drinker. So until then I have definitely been doing crystal light. Not to much of the power but enough to give it a nice taste. I'm 5 days Post op.
