I just had my pre op appointment, took about 2 hours, blood work, EKG, physical, vital signs, and lots of paperwork, went over all my medications and when to stop certain medications. Surgery is April 4th, start pre op diet for 10 days March 24th. It's getting close and my nerves are up, scared, excited and anxious.

First appointment was a seminar 6/1/16, approved March 2017,chose to wait till April 4th for surgery ( became American citizen March 9th )

I've been trying the premier protein shakes, not bad, I like the chocolate and Carmel, the strawberry n cream was too sweet but added a banana and was OK. -
