Hi I ended up doing what a lot of people do, I went back to work! I work for myself so only light duties sat at my desk. It's all going well so far, moving up a small notch for week 2 now, any tips? Good to hear Jodster, it's got better already. I'm almost at 2ltrs now and finding it easier. I'm having blended Soup and also sugar free Protein shakes (not at the same time!) which is helping too! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Hi. Just joined the forum. I was sleeved two days ago (Feb 1st) struggling to drink as much as I should, sipping as often as possible but don't seem to get though more than 1ltr a day?
