Psychological Eval - what did you experience?
js_gonna_be_vsg replied to Chris Lee's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I filled out 2 test they asked questions like have you ever had thoughts about doing bad things? Have you gone skydiving in the last 6 months? Then there was the one on one verbal season asking about family history. My history. And such. -

Protein Shakes & what kind/Brand
js_gonna_be_vsg replied to CantStopMeNow's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have tried a couple of mix them your self powders. They come out tooo powdery and thick for my taste. So i read good reviews about premier Protein. Ive tried chocolate, caramel , bananana and strawberry. Dont really like strawberry too much. Bananana is too banana-y for my taste. But i totally dig the chocolate and caramel flavors. I have not tried vanilla. So cant comment on that one. Sent from my LGLS992 using the BariatricPal App -

Did anyone start out heavier than 360 lbs? Would love to hear your stories. I was told i could expect to lose 110 lbs in first year. But I am planning on being more successful than that. Sent from my LGLS992 using the BariatricPal App
