I actually had a RYN and had the same thing. It did go away with time, just your stomach adjusting -

I wouldnt make a habit of it because it causes excess air in your stomach. -
Thank for your response. Just wanted to see if Im in the right range for my calorie intake. I take in between 875-1200 a day too. I do go to the gym 4-5xs a week as well. I find even at that low daily range of calories I will gain weight if I dont exercise consistently. Please keep in touch as I am looking for people to bounce ideas off of and I love to hear what works and doesnt work for others.

I had a RYN August 11, 2015 and so far I feel like I'm doing okay but I continue to seek the input of others on their meal plans. Daily how many calories are you taking in? How much food in 1 setting? How often are you exercising? I would love to talk to people who are in this stage.
