My dietician is letting me eat some carbs until surgery.... Not much but I get whole grains one meal a day! Lol it's funny, some days I'm good and then others I'm starving! I am trying really hard to not do any bread since I won't be able to after surgery but holy moly it's hard!!! Sent from my XT1585 using the BariatricPal App I'm a huge carb lover!
