Hi guys, I am 3 years post and have gain 50lbs of 90 lb weight loss. Every 5 pounds I would tell myself not another pound. The light bulb had finally gone off and I can't forget the sacrifice and hard work I put in 3 years ago...I am back on the wagon today with my detox and clean eating... and back on here for support...
