What order should the plastics be done?

I want to have my tummy done first and then my arms and breasts. I'm afraid that if I did my arms and breasts first, that the tummy tuck would pull my breasts down. Don't know if this is a valid concern but I worry about it nonetheless.
  2. I'm curious about this too. Hopefully someone will respond.

Need breakfast ideas - what are you eating for bf?

The same thing every weekday morning: one scrambled egg with turkey sausage crumbles and feta cheese sprinkled on top. Delish!

    Keto

I am 18 months post op and am about 20 lbs away from my goal. I like where I'm at but would love to lose the last 20 lbs. I am seriously considering doing keto but am curious what that looks like over the course of a day. Current keto eaters: Can you list what your meals and snacks are in a typical day? Also do any of you do intermittent fasting along with it?

Diet Soda at 9 months post op?

I have diet root beer occasionally and it makes me burp. I mean REALLY burp. I was a Coke Zero freak before surgery and it tastes like pure syrup to me now. Barq's diet root beer gives me the fizz that I crave but that doesn't happen very often. A six pack would probably last me a year. Haha!
  6. I couldn't eat fish for a couple months after surgery. It didn't taste good. Thankfully, that passed. I still don't want Coke Zero which I loved before. I miss the fizz and all I taste now is syrup. Blech!

    1st Puréed Day!

I lived off scrambled eggs with cottage cheese, refried beans with sour cream and cheese, and greek yogurt.
  8. You will have all of those things again (maybe not the rice) but not for a while and only in small portions. I have had small portions of dessert on special occasions. I'm really craving salad so I bought the stuff to make it and will have a small serving of it. The kind of salad I like really has no nutritional value (butter lettuce, beets, mushrooms, cheese, and ranch) so it isn't something I will have regularly but a couple times a month is fine. It's all about balance. And really, I feel so good with the weight I have lost that I don't feel like I'm missing out on anything (most of the time). We still have to deal with our food issues but it seems easier to me.

    What are your go-to foods?

Any kind you want. Beef, chicken, turkey. My hubby loves Five Guys so when we go there, I get a little bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos. I order it with no bun in a bowl. I can eat about half of it. Delicious! He is a team player and never orders fries.

    What are your go-to foods?

I have a hard boiled egg every day for breakfast. Love filet mignon and have that at least once a week. Burger without the bun. String bean chicken breast at Panda Express. Pecans. Iced tea with Stevia. Werthers sugar free candy. Pepperoni with cheese.
  11. The only thing I plan to never have is soda. I have had a small bite of rice but know that I will never have a serving of it again. I love spicy food and it hasn't been a problem. I really haven't found a food that causes problems. My new stomach is doing it's job of limiting my intake of food so I am doing my job of choosing the right foods. I splurge occasionally. When we have pizza, I always have one small bite with the crust and then eat the top off the rest of the piece. One piece. At dinner, I always eat my protein but I also have 2-3 bites of a starch. Moderation is key and control over my eating is a wonderful feeling.
  12. I have only vomited once and that was after eating too quickly. I am almost four months post-op and haven't found anything that disagrees with my stomach.

    Pant sizes?

Started at a 20W and after three months, I'm in a 14 misses. In tops, I went from a 2X to a L/XL. I hope to go down at least two more sizes by September but one size is probably more realistic.

Hate tracking food - now stalled

blizair09 - You are inspiring! Your meal list is very helpful. Just curious if your family members had the sleeve or bypass? I really need to do meal prep on Sundays and then my week would be so much easier.

Wow! You have it down to a science. Do you ever deviate from that with a treat? Do you know how many calories a day that is? I need to find ParmCrisps!
